Oliver Hospitality is a Nashville-based hotel and restaurant company that thrives on creatively reworking old and new properties into engaging, exciting and thoughtful spaces; whether it’s a penthouse suite, a speakeasy bar, or a lobby coffee counter. Our tireless pursuit of good design, unique programming, and authentic service is at the heart of our mission. We don’t have a formula or brand guide. Each project is a unique expression of its architecture, community aspiration, and natural programming. We engage plans with a holistic understanding to execute a seamless experience from the outside-in. We pride ourselves on three metrics of success:
Oliver Hospitality’s current portfolio includes The Oliver Hotel in Knoxville, TN with the Peter Kern Library, Tupelo Honey and the Oliver Royale restaurants; Nashville’s SoBro Guest House (the first self-check-in design-hotel in the city); Fairlane Hotel, a mid-century designed luxe boutique hotel with Ellington’s, an American bar and grill, Mile End delicatessen (the first outpost of the popular NYC-based brand) and Union Teller Coffee Counter; and most recently, Hotel Clermont in Atlanta, including Tiny Lou’s French-American brasserie, a lobby bar and café and a rooftop bar. Also on site (though under separate ownership), is the Clermont Lounge, one of the most famous clubs in the country.
