Peter Kern Library | Knoxville, TN 

Peter Kern Library (PKL) is located within The Oliver Hotel. An intimate and cozy bar that showcases unique and creative decor, PKL has won numerous awards and gained plenty of media attention for its extensive collection of bourbons and creativity in bar tending.


Tupelo Honey Cafe | Knoxville, TN 

Tupelo Honey Cafe is an award-winning Southern-style cuisine restaurant that began in Asheville, NC. The restaurant group was recruited by Oliver Hospitality to jointly open its first store outside of Asheville at The Oliver Hotel, and has since become one of Knoxville’s most popular food destinations.

Ellington’s Mid Way Bar & Grill | Nashville, TN 

Ellington’s is slated to open in early 2018. Perched on the 4th floor of the Fairlane Hotel, this cultural outpost and soon-to-be-favorite serves a menu focusing on classic, all-American fare served with old school flair. Design details harken back to the 60s and 70s and feature both indoor and outdoor dining options that include a beautiful wraparound terrace complete with intimate seating options, fire pits and lush foliage. Suffice to say, Ellington’s delivers both views and vibe alike.

Tiny Lou’s  | Atlanta, GA 

Tiny Lou’s, a swinging French-American brasserie slated to open in early 2018, is located downstairs at Hotel Clermont. Tiny Lou’s menu is beautifully crafted with seasonal and local ingredients by executive chef Jeb Aldrich, and features a mostly-French wine list that is set to please any and all Francophiles. Managed by popular Charleston-based Indigo Road Hospitality Group, the thoughtful and decadent decor curated by Reunion Goods & Services (NYC) emphasizes the warmth and welcoming spirit of this new neighborhood gem.
